Delivery Policy
KanSilva is committed to providing clear and up-to-date information regarding delivery times, terms, and conditions. This policy reflects both our commitment to honesty with our customers and the logistical realities of our current phase of development.
Delivery area
At this time, our products are delivered exclusively within Canada . No shipments will be made outside the country.
Delivery times – Pre-launch phase (June to December 2025)
During our pre-launch phase, our production line is being optimized to better meet future demand.
- Delivery times can be up to 60 days from the order date.
- This period is transitional and essential for the establishment of a stable and sustainable logistics service.
- All prices displayed online already include a discount of up to 15% , depending on the product selected. This discount reflects our appreciation for the customers who support us during this phase.
Cancellation before shipment
You can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped , without giving any reason. Simply write to us at info@kansilva.ca . If you find the delay too long, you can request a full refund.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

At KanSilva , we believe in the quality and durability of our products. That's why we offer a simple, professional, and fair refund policy.
Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund for any reason.
Refund conditions
Refund is granted if the product:
- is returned clean, complete, unused and in its original packaging ;
- has not suffered any damage related to negligent use, such as:
- cuts, punctures or abrasions caused by a sharp or pointed object;
- burns or traces of excessive heat;
- damage due to improper storage or transportation.
Any damage resulting from negligence will automatically result in refusal of reimbursement .
Procedure
To initiate a return:

- Photos of the product may be required prior to shipping to verify its condition.
- Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Warranty – Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect occurs within 2 years of purchase , and is not the result of misuse, we will issue a full refund or replacement , depending on the situation.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, we recommend that you make a return, then place a new order once the refund has been validated.
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days .
Processing by your bank or card company can sometimes take up to 15 business days .

Pre-launch phase (June to December 2025)
After a rigorous beta testing phase conducted from February to June 2025 - during which selected customers were able to receive and evaluate our products in advance, KanSilva is now entering a pivotal stage of its development : the pre-launch .
Thanks to the valuable feedback from our beta testers, we were able to optimize our designs , improve materials, and fine-tune every detail to better meet your expectations. This evaluation period proved essential, relevant, and deeply enriching in making KanSilva a brand worthy of the great Canadian outdoors.
The pre-launch phase aims to calibrate our production line in preparation for a ramp-up . During this logistical adjustment period, all customers automatically benefit from a discount of up to 15% , depending on the product selected — an offer already applied to the prices displayed online .
Extended Delivery Times : In order to test and stabilize our production capacity, processing and shipping times may be up to 60 days . We understand that this timeframe may not be suitable for everyone - that's why you can cancel your order at any time and get a full refund , simply by writing to info@kansilva.ca .
